Monthly meetings occur on the last Sunday of the month. The notice is circulated to all members as a reminder prior to the meeting date.

Annual conventions occur during the Labor Day weekend. Members from all Chapters across the globe converge in a city.

The organization contributes to social and community activities by interacting with other cultural organizations in the area and giving back to the community.
